08 INSPECTIONS & APPRAISAL
- I will collaborate with the buyer's agent to organize and schedule an inspection and appraisal, both of which are arranged by the buyer
09 REPAIRS
- It's probable that minor repairs will be required after inspections
- Examine the list of recommended vendors I provided if necessary
10 CLOSING
- Conduct the final walk-through.
